Policy on the response to conflict minerals

Taiyo Manufacturing sets the policy of using no conflict minerals (gold, tin, tantalum and tungsten), which are mined in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries and could be used to fund anti-governmental armed forces that violate human rights and destruct the environment, in the business activities. We will properly investigate the minerals in our supply chain as to the country of origin and the distribution process, and actively support customers in their investigation on conflict minerals so that we can eliminate conflict minerals and perform responsible procurement activities.
